This furnace was a recent pull from a warehouse building. Was working when pulled and should be able to reconnect and start. It would make a great back up heat source for a greenhouse, or a main source for a larger garage. We decided to start this item for way less than the wholesale cost so someone will get a reasonably priced furnace Foot print dimensions 46†x 46†and 184†tall (15’ 4â€) is currently in three sections. Voltage main connection 480v three phase (i beleive this could be rewired for single phase as the components are single phase and there is a tramsformer in the unit) Gun says 300MBH minimum to 714MBH maximum and is currently set up for LP gas The only thing not included is the smoke stack, and gas supply the rest is included.
