You are looking at a DBI/SALA, DB Industries, Fall Arrest Lifeline Pulley. It was sold through North Safety Products. It almost looks like new, but I can see some discoloration on the pulley hook. I did test it some and it locks like it should. It is a model number L3020D-11. It was manufactured in 1996. The listed capacity is 75-310 pounds, with a maximum arrest force of 900 pounds. The lifeline length is 11 feet. This is top notch safety equipment for several industries like power and tree service, window washers, and people who work on tall projects in a shop, and many other uses. This equipment as you know can be life and time saving and is important on the job. I am selling these items for a woman who's husband passed away and I think he used them for safety when he was working on his boat also. You will get what is pictured.
