There are a few scuffs/scratches on it, but nothing that would effect the use of the machine. It appears to be new, as in, un-used but I am not 100% positive on that because it had grease in it. If it is used, it probably was used as a DEMO by a ROTHENBERGER representative. I don't know too much about the specifics of this item other than some research I did.
