Lyndex-Nikken's spindle speeder increases RPMs up to 40,000, and reduces the expected cycle times of a machine. This HiSpinner is especially ideal for light milling applications. Featuring tempered and ground gears, it offers high precision performance and improved durability. They turn your standard machining center into a high-speed machining center. The gears are finish ground with Nikken's original Fluid-Dynamic Grinding Process, which contributes to the HiSpinners™ quiet operation and long life. Using a special synthetic lubricant, and a specially designed cooling jacket, HiSpinners™ maintain a comfortable operating temperature without the need of forced air or coolants.
