New never been opened 14 Volt Lincoln Charger that comes with the kit 1444 or 1442. This charger is the new blue charger that has the feature to let you know if your battery is bad and needs replaced. The black chargers can be ruined by a bad battery. The picture is wrong as I could not find a picture of the new blue charger It is a one hour charger that charges the Lincoln 1401 (also listed in our store). It will work for the Lin1400, Lin1400 is the 14 volt kit in the box with battery. This is the replacement charger in case your original has quit and is not under warranty.
