The box is currently wired to control an Appleseed Biodiesel reactor using the little blue pump and a 115 volt heater element. The heating circuit inside the box has been pre-wired for a 115 volt heating element but can be rewired for use with a 240 volt element. (power cord replacement required) The motor circuit is 115 volts only! If you have a 220 volt motor, just contact me and I can add the required relay. I was just playing around with a neat, clean and easy way to control a biodiesel processor using a digital temperature controller. Just mount the box to the side of your unit, run the heater wires to the relay inside (connectors included), screw the thermocouple into just about any port, and your ready to go. (If you ask, I will be happy to program the controller for you and set it the way you like it.) This box can be used in conjunction with a heating element lockout to prevent dry firing of the electric heating elements. This box is also available as a do-it-yourself kit for $150.00.
