Marconi 2955 Series FLyback / LOPT Replacement Kit This Kit replaces the original, fault prone, Marconi flyback on any 2955 series Radio Communications Test Set It works on 2955, 2955A and 2955R units. * New flyback transformer, which is an improved version of the originally used, so it is not prone to fail. * Adaptor PCB (already soldered to the flyback) * One replacement transistor * Some hardware parts (use depends on 2955 model) * Fully detailed Instructions Note that flyback transformer is of the right type, with cable going horizontal (parallel to the PCB). This is important because other types (vertical output) are not physically compatible. This kit has been used in several 2955s with full success.
