You can imagine how it feels when you've emptied the extinguisher and the fire is still blazing away. It is my opinion that the smaller extinguishers they sell for your car are of inadequate capacity to stop this type of fire. After THAT fire I've started carrying these commercial extinguishers in all my cars. While, thankfully I haven't had to use it, I am confident that with it's larger capacity it will do a better job than my previous extinguisher (which wasn't rechargeable). I also got these for each of my children for their cars... guess it's just the Boy Scout in me, but I like to be prepared :-) (We do not proofread any ads submitted by members) |
