N.T.D. 4" x 4" plain HELIX MILLING Cutter 1-1/2" (2247) this Very Nice N.T.D. 4" x 4" plain HELIX / PARABOLIC MILLING Cutter 1-1/2" (2247) MANUFACTURER = NATIONAL TWIST DRILL CONDITION = Very Nice - ltly used, and has one sm chip on the cutting edge, and two flute ends w/ sm chipp and a couple nicks - see pics - will come out when you sharpen it - not a biggie - may find minor shop dust, cosmolene, oxidation, minor shelfwear, etc. What you see is what you're getting!
