The cap removal tool is used for Schlage deadbolts and A & D series entrance locks PLUS Weiser deadbolts and other similar locks. This is a precision tool made from harden steel in the USA by Lab. Being made from hardened steel, this tool will give you years of performance not like some of the less expensive types that have to be replaced every year or two.
