On/Off temperature control system with cycle timer, end of cycle alarm, and safety interlocks on exhaust and recirculation blowers. 5. Heavy Duty insulated double door system with safety latches (on one end of oven only). 6. STANDARD 11 gauge floor (non-insulated). 8. Firebox made of 3/16" plate steel. 10.
