The blade (and accessories) still has the packing lube on them (which I will leave for the new owner to clean off). This is a chance to own a buetiful "Starrett 24" Combo" at a fraction of the cost (reserve is less then 1/3 the price of the item from Starrett) Scale on blade is Standard (64ths and 32an incriments AND metric mm).
