This unit has a very nice condition carry case that also allows you to use it while still in the case. It measures up to 400 Amps. You can measure SCR and other DC waveforms, by sliding the two sleeves provided over the tongs. There used to be a small plastic sleeve that could be put over the tongs to measure up to 800 Amps. I do not have that sleeve. I have tested it a few lower currents and it works fine. I don’t have anything to test it on above about 25 amps. I got that high by winding turns of wire to increase the field. The unit is in almost new condition including the handy carry case. The instructions for use are on the inside cover of the carry case.
