First is the Edwards 1701 AutoRegenerator controller. This is a great controller and I have the instruction manual for it as well. It comes with the Edwards Opto-Relay MK2A and the Opto input unit as well. All 3 units come with power cords, and the communication cables as well! This controller with the opto relays can control just about all your valves you add to this system automatically (roughing, purge, etc) as well as monitoring pressure, tempurature, etc. Also included are 2 Edwards pirania gauges, (edwards PRH10) with manual as well as the cables, that plug into the controller. The cable from the Cryo pump to the controller is included as well. A CTI Purge valve is also included. The Cryo pump is a Varian 323-1048 with a Ebara Head. Flange is ASA (o-ringe type) This is a pretty complete cryo pump set up, as far as controls and cabling go. A lot of people sell cryo pumps, gauges, controllers etc on e-bay, but usually with no communication cables, and some you cant even find or get anymore. Parts are useless without the right cables. This includes all the cables you need for all the parts in this system. The only additional cable required would be the cable from whatever compressor you use to the cryo head. These were all working items when the system came apart, and all work together, not just a bunch of mismatched parts thrown together.
