model FCR-18.5-18.5-15-1C-J7859/1A, 10 000 Watt, 230 Volt, 3 phase, 25.13 Amps, maximum temperature 1200C, serial number 058112/1C This unit was designed to melt aluminum for a molten aluminum coating line. It has a crucible that is about 16" wide x 16" long x 15" tall (outside dimensions). The crucible has 1" thick walls. The crucible is in bad shape, and needs to be replaced. This melter is in good shape, all of the heaters work. The tape in the photos are to temporaryily hold the heaters in place while there is no crucible inside. Overall oven footprint is about 32" x 42" There are no power or temperature controls included with this oven. I may be able to put together a crude heating system for this oven, but that would be extra to the price. This is the second Thermcraft that I am selling. The first unit we installed controls on and heated it up. That unit heated fine, and had no problem to melt aluminum. Check the photos for details, feel free to ask questions.
