Email me if you need other photos or info. The machine is in used condition. Overall the machine appears well cared for, with just the usual scuffs and flux stains. It operates on 115 volts AC at 600 watts. There is a IEEE -488 connector on the back. The temperature control of the lead melting pot works fine. I set the temperature adjustment dial at several points, a setting of 1.8 yielded a temperature of 200 degrees centigrade, a setting of 2.1 equaled 222 degrees centigrade. Measured with a digital Speed control of lead pot raise and lower works fine. The raising and lowering of the pot was super smooth. The dwell time control didn't have any affect. Don't know if there is some other condition that works with it or not. I have no manuals for the machine so I'm going by observations only. The printer functions but needs a new ribbon, it's dried out. The "height" setting doesn't seem to have an affect either. The lead pot will not raise unless the temp controller is at or above set point. This protects the drive mechanism. Underneath the center arm is a sensor that I believe measures the wetting effect of the solder to the test sample. There isn't any Included is a Wetting Balance Analyzer WBC-1. It has software version V 2.1 E. This unit powers up and displays setup info on the LCD. There is an RCA audio type plug that plugs into the top rear of the sample holding arm. Has printer ports. Again, I have no manuals to program it. You are welcome to check this machine out at my home. Email me for a mutually agreeable time. I guarantee no DOA on the machine. It will power up heat up and do everything that I tested for. I can't guarantee it meets any specifications or performance. Items will be double boxed for safety and insureability.
