This is a MATHESON regulator Model 3104A. It has no number on inlet fitting and the outlet has a 1/4 FPT plus valve & stuff (see photo). Size at widest point is 9 inches (I may have to remove valve & stuff to fit in box, but it will be there), only guages is 2 3/4 inch. Ask question if you want.
