PCT Systems Wafer Carrier ? 320 X 400 Megasonic w/Case I don't know much about this item or its condition - it does appear to be used. It came to us from a semiconductor manufacturing supplier. We've tried to get enough photos of it to make up for our lack of knowledge. Here are some empirical observations: * Construction appears to be aluminum with stainless steel fittings. * The interior has some type of plastic coating. * Approximate dimensions are 16 inches wide by 13 inches deep by 13 inches long. * There are signs of wear towards the bottom of the carrier - check out the picture with my pinky finger.
