If you have been looking for a riding sweeper/scrubber, but do not want to invest a fortune in one, this could be the machine for you. If you don't mind it being a bit rough on the exterior as long as the mechanicals are OK, then take a look at this one. The low clock hours (less than 1300!), and the fact that it is propane powered (which is much easier on engine components), mean that there is a lot of life left in this well known brand of sweeper. It will need some TLC, and a few items do need attention. This would make a good solid workhorse for you with these things being done: 1. The main panel filter needs to be cleaned (or replaced). The lower main brush needs to be adjusted down closer to the floor level for better debris pickup. 4. The muffler is due to be replaced, it runs a bit loud.
