This is 2 Norgren Air Cylinders. Type TF 5/16-REV.#0. 1-1/8" bore x 8" stroke. Double acting with 1/8 npt ports. Max PSI 150. They are made to be rebuildable. These cylinders came off operating equipment that was being updated. I have not tested them but they appear to be usuable. But they are used and will not be in new condition. They are just as they came off the machines and will be somewhat dirty.
