Arbiter Systems 1026C Satellite Controlled Clock Comes with what you see in the pictures. If you don't see it, you probably wont get it. The controller powers up and seems to function. We do not have the expertise to test the unit after that. The unit does not come with a cable to connect the controller or antenna. The antenna is scuffed up and has some broken plastic (shown in a picture). Factory also says it needs the 468.8Mhz 40db pre-amp (model 1056B).
