Here we have QTY.1 Nice very sharp used extra length double life tap. US Made by CARD. Size 1.250"-12. That is 1&1/4" diameter and 12 threads per inch RIGHT HAND. HS. It is a 4 flute Plug tap. When the first set of threads become too dull, you chop the end off and use the second set of tap threads. Looks like one tooth has been ground out, other than that, I do not see any chipped teeth.
