These professionals are demanding, requiring a finish that will hold up to the most rigorous foot traffic. With the proper maintenance, this product will hold up Day after Day, Month after Month, Year after Year*. This product seals and finishes all types of flooring such as vinyl, rubber and sealed wood. On highly polished floor such as terrazzo, marble (glazed and honed), quarry tile, ceramic and concrete we do recommend 3-4 thin coats of product. The initial shine is excellent. For a brighter shine you may buff or burnish. This finish may be deep scrubbed and recoated as needed (*we know some who have gone years with this method...but daily maintenance is the key here!), or spray buff and then burnished. Application is easy. Product levels extremely well. Drying time is approximately 20-40 minutes depending upon humidity, ventilation, temperature and thickness of application.
