I beleive this is a spinning poly wheel used in the forming of metal bowls,halves,hemispheres etc. It is about 7 1/2" across by 2" thick. The center hole is 3 1/4" and the center indent will accept a 4 1/2" wide mounting fixture. Has 4 mounting holes. The outer run is tapered. Or use it for an ashtray.
