80/20 Inc 10 Series 2" x 2" T-Slot Aluminum Extrusion, Part #2020 x 48" - 48.25" Long with Inconsistent Wall Thickness. This profile features 2 open T-slots on each of the 4 sides. The wall thickness around the corner holes ranges anywhere from .065" up to .090". The factory tolerance is around .087" thick. THE PRICE HAS BEEN DRASTICALLY REDUCED DUE TO THE DIMENSIONAL TOLERANCE ISSUE DESCRIBED. Indicated price is per piece. NOTE: Applications where counterbores or taps are desired will be affected by the above tolerance issues. It is highly recommended that you use joining plates or inside corner gussets when connecting these extrusions together. Linear Bearings should work fine on this extrusion bar.
