Teonex brand 6F17 / CV4040 Beam Tetrode Tube. New, unused, in original boxes. Miniature 7-pin package. Made in England These are very uncommon tubes. From the datasheet they appear to be designed for pulsed RF applications. Some odd specs to note: (1) These tubes are rated at 600V max plate voltage, which is twice that of most tubes in this size and power range. And (2) the beam forming electrode is brought out to a separate pin (not tied internally to the cathode). This may be useful, if you intend to use this terminal as a grid-3. I've, personally, always considered beam power tubes as pentodes, and not tetrodes, but that could just be me. Complete datasheet can be found at: http://www.tubedata.info (was tubedata.org).
