This is a 15 Gallon heavy plastic Portable/Mountable Eye Wash Station. The 15 Gallon Station (Approximate size of unit is 28" high X 16" wide X 12" thick). This has a handy carrying handle and hand holds on both sides). The picture shows the drop down plate in the flow position for use, the drop down does go back and clicks in place, in the upright position when not in use. Wheels, nuts, washers, a heavy steel mounting bracket, yellow sign (8"X10 1/5"), inspection tag, a bottle of hydrosep eye wash solution (good until 8/09) and a 13 page instruction booklet (in English, French and Spanish). Unit has never been used, I did water test it to insure that there were no leaks. There is a piece that is listed in the instruction package which is either missing or was not included in the original packaging. It is the hose shank - part #269-868. This piece is only necessary if you would want to hook the station up to a drain hose. This will not come packaged in its original box due to water damage on the bottom of that box.
