This is a Granville-Phillips type 316 vacuum gauge controller with cables. It has three Convectron channels, 6 process control relays, and an IEEE-488 interface. - Granvillle-Phillips type 316 - three (3) Convectron channels - analog outputs for all channels - six (6) process control relays (two per channel) - single gauge tube cable (channel A); 10 feet in length - double gauge tube cable (channels B & C); each section is 10 feet in length - AC mains cable (not pictured) will be supplied * mating connector for process control module (Click on thumbnails below to view higher quality images.) This is a Granville-Phillips type 316 Convectron gauge controller and cables. All components are used, but are in good cosmetic and functional condition. The 316 is a very reliable and versatile vacuum gauge controller. For day-to-day operation, the front panel controls are simple and intuitive. The hinged front panel opens up for convenient access to the gauge modules and process control module. Setpoints are easy to view and adjust (digital controls, not trimmer potentiometers) Each individual setpoint relay can be manually overridden with its own 3-position switch (off-controlled by pressure-on) to aid in system set-up or maintenance. The controller is not pristine, but as seen in the pictures, is in rather nice cosmetic condition - a few minor scuffs and scrapes. The cables are in good used condition. The mating connector for the process control module has been used, but as seen in the picture, connections had been made to only two of the contacts (residual solder still visible from where the wires were desoldered). The seller has checked all three channels using a Convectron gauge tube simulator that can duplicate the entire working range of pressure; functional condition appears to be fine. The IEEE-488 module has not been tested; the seller has no reason to suspect problems with it, but simply doesn't have equipment set up to conveniently test the interface. Questions - please ask.
