A big issue in setting up carbonated systems to sell Pespi or Coke is the fact that you have to use this exact valve between the system and your water system. It prevents a dangerous cross connection between the copper pipes and the carbonated gas. It is a must and is probably the most expensive piece of plumbing you'll ever find anywhere.
