The threads measures .616" diameter and 18 Threads per inch TPI LEFT HAND. This almost looks like a miniature morse taper shank. Overall Length of the collet is 1.762" Stamped in to the tap it says 4 DR and 11220. I would guess this goes with a tapping head or possibly a Mulit spindle drilling head of some type, maybe a Natco, a Barnes, Bergmaster, Desoutter or Acme Gridley.
