Starrett's largest magnetic indicator holder has twice the holding power of it's smaller 657 base. It has a form-ground involute "v" base for accurate seating and for attachment to round objects up to 5" in diameter. And it's equipped with a rotary on/off switch. A. Magnetic base, including threaded adapter. D.Gage rod with clamp and fine adjustment. The unit offered here includes Starrett's No. 25-441/5, AGD Group 2, 0.500" range dial indicator and an additional roller contact point. All of this comes in a Starrett Red metal sturdy foam-formed case. This unit is used, all but the dial indicator which is new, but barely. Currently selling for around $600 new.
