There are 5 countersunk holes drilled in the center bottom of each track to screw it down in place once installed. MOUNT TRACK IN OR ON TABLE SURFACE Use # 7 or smaller size standard wood screws. 47-1/4" = TOTAL LENGTH OF 2 SECTIONS 23 5/8" PER SECTION - Qty (2) SECTIONS EASILY CUT THIS ALUMINUM T-TRACK TO ANY LENGTH YOU DESIRE ! INSTALL THEM END TO END FOR ALMOST 4 FULL FEET IN LENGTH Track is 1/2" Deep ( Total Thickness ) and 3/4" Wide Each Section weighs approx 8.0 oz. Each T-Track section has 3 tabs spot welded along one side. Tabs stick out 1/2" beyond bottom of track and are 1/2" wide. Photo above shows 2 sections stacked one on top of the other. Bottom track shows tabs ground off for illustration only. Your sections will come with all tabs intact. These tabs can be easily removed with a grinder or metal file if you do not need them for your application. Grind / File the spot welds and they pop right off. Above Pic shows T-Slot Track cross sectional dimensions Use these tracks with T-Style Bolts ( Toilet Bolts ) and various knobs that will fit your bolt like T-Knobs, Star Knobs, T-Handles, Etc.
