Brand New Edge of Dock by Bluff Manufacturing. Edge of dock can never slip out of position, get lost or stolen, and eliminates pinched finger and toes. Your dock personnel's productivity will be up due to faster, safer and more efficient equipment. To operate unit, move the self storing handle forward. The latch assembly activates the dock leveler lip into the trailer and is ready for forklift use. After a trailer is loaded or unloaded, unit drops into its stored position when the trailer is pulled away. Unit can also be be returned to its stored position with the handle while the trailer is still at the dock. The self storing handle is never in the way of loading or unloading as it drops out of the way into its own pocket. Handles never become lost as they are permanently attached to the unit. Unlike alot of other Edge of Docks on the market, this unit can be easily maintained by simply pulling back the self storing handle and apply grease to the zirk fittings. This will insure many years of smooth operation. Size is 20'000 pound capacity 66" wide and when extended is 27 3/4" long. Also equipped with two molded rubber bumpers.
