LUBRICATION ENGINEERS 6130 MONOLEC® HYDRAULIC OIL AW 100 Hydraulic Oil, Very Long-Life. 6130 is turbine grade R&O (Rust & Oxidation), AW (Anti-Wear) hydraulic oil designed for long life and superior lubrication. It contains a unique oxidation inhibitor which cuts down deposits and rust protection is excellent. It contains MONOLEC, LE’s exclusive wear-reducing additive. In addition, special anti-wear additives are included for long life and reduced wear. 6130 effectively lubricates moving parts, protects metal surfaces from corrosion and transmits power smoothly. It is ISO 100. Agitation and moisture can cause foaming in ordinary oil and result in fade and chatter. A powerful anti-foaming agent breaks up the foam to eliminate midday fade or chatter to provide smooth, constant power flow. Furthermore, demulsibility of the oil causes the water to separate from the oil so that the water can be drained off. Carefully selected high VI paraffinic base oils offer superior oxidation resistance and hold any viscosity change to an absolute minimum as the ambient and operation temperatures change. This natural oxidation resistance is further fortified with oxidation inhibitors to maximize heat transfer and prevent plugged orifices and gumming or sticking of valves. They protect seals and hoses from hardening, cracking and rupturing, thus preventing or minimizing leaks. The result is reduced sludge and varnish formation, and less oil consumed. MONOLEC Hydraulic Oils are to be used in all hydraulic systems, especially where hydraulic systems have pumps and motors requiring oil with R&O and AW properties.
