This is an Agilent HP 8673C Synthesized Signal Generator 50 MHz - 26.0 GHz with Options: 004, 006 & H02 - please check actual pictures below: unit appears to be in good working condition, powers on, passes self-tests, produces a signal at requested lowest 50MHz and highest 18.6GHz signal as expected - you can see readings on my spectrum analyzer with each of the three tested frequencies. Signal also looks very stable. This unit will have two power cords, weighs by itself about 93lbs, so packed well will weigh about 110-120lbs depending upon packaging/case used. Time base accuracy is <5 Parts in 10E-10 per day. Output is +8 to -100 dBm from 2 to 18GHz, +4 to -100 dBm from 18 to 22GHz. This generator has excellent spectral purity specification. Pulse, Amplitude and Frequency modulation are all available. All functions are controllable via an HP-IB interface.
