This chuck had some surface rust from being out of the box for so long. It has been polished off with a soft wheel therefor I cannot deem these as new although they have never been used and still move great. It also comes with a new chuck key. There is a before and after picture of the chuck before being cleaned up. Capacity: 3/64 - 3/8 (1.0 - 10mm) Here is a Before and After picture of these new chucks below.
