These items are Rare, Vintage and NEW Intel 286 microprocessors (Intel part # N80286-12). This is a 5V CPU packaged in the 72 pin Plastic Leadless Chip Carrier package. This listing is for one of these new microprocessors. These historic Intel CPU's are rapidly becoming collector's items - like old coins. They have a beauty to them (though "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder."). They make interesting knickknacks and bric-a-brac, since so many people have had much experience using them (at work and at home). This fine "proof set" representative of Intel's illustrious line of pioneering microprocessors is now available here in my store. These seem to sell FAST. Get them while they are still available.
