This is a new unused boring bar or specifically a back spot facing bar that uses small diamond shape indexable inserts. It is 10†long from backface to end of bar. Kennametal number is A12-SDXPL3. Thru hole in ¾ bar for coolant that discharges above insert. I have used these for finish cutting bores using reverse drive on lathe. And once in a boring head on the series 2 mill. Quite rigid bar for deep holes. we have 12 other kennametal boring bars that are insert type and up to 2 inch diam. ask or check store items. (We do not proofread any ads submitted by members) |
