1 - Tektronix TEK CFG253 3MHz Function Generator This auctin is for a nice portable Tektronix function generator. Unit has a frequency range of .03Hz to 3MHz, and will generate sine, triangle, and sqare wave functions. Unit will also do sweeps, and has DC offset control.
