I know several of you have been asking for this, so here it is again. A really nice condition Atlas lathe with most of it's accessories. With everything here you should be cranking out projects in no time. everything you see came from a camera repair shop, where this lathe was used to "Turn a screw or two" and then put away in cosmoline until I pulled it out. The paint is all original, ways are in beautiful shape, comes with the original motor which is in great condition also. I jury-rigged the switch and motor and they work perfectly. Motor is 1/2 hp. Keep in mind that you will need to clean and lube this lathe prior to use and install it to the manual's specs and it should give a lifetime of service. The cosmoline is sticky and not all of it came off. That's why some areas look brown in the photos, there is no rust on the lathe.Is there a downside in all this? Yes, the crank for the toolpost is broken, but you can still turn the crank. Also, you will have to wire up a new cord and plug for it. See the Clausing website for info on that subject.
