Item ........................ Some type of spindle adapter, not sure what it is exactly, but if I had to guess I would say it is intended for holding some type of wheel, maybe a grinding wheel. Manufacturer ....... I do not see a name on it Arbor ..................... The main mount is 2" diameter, just a 3/8" cap screw holds the end plate in place. Condition ...............
